What cannot be put into a skip?

  • Fridges
  • Freezers
  • Batteries
  • Fluorescent Tubes
  • Televisions
  • Computer Monitors
  • Tyres
  • Gas Bottles
  • plasterboard should be put on the top of the load.

Placing a skip on the highway.

If the skip is to be placed on the highway, we require a certain number of working days notice in order for us to obtain the relevant permits.

  • City and County of Swansea - 3 working days
  • carmarthenshire - 3 working days
  • Neath & Port Talbot - 5 working days

A charge applies to all permits and the price depends on the relevant council. Permits need to be renewed after 28 days where they are charged at full rate for Tipping.

Placing a skip on your own property.

If the skip is being placed on your own property you should give consideration to the weight of the full skip (and possibly the vehicle) on your drive. if you wish to have the skip placed on flagstones or block paving you should consider laying down protection. Also consider manholes and drainage points as well as over head cables.

If we place the skip where you have designated, we cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered.

What Are The Methods of Payment?

We accept cash, cheque or credit card. Credit card payments to be made at time of booking.

How do we dispose of our waste?

we recylce 81% of all waste and have been awarded the green compass award. We operate an Environment Agency licensed waste transfer station.

The Green Compass scheme is a Welsh Standard of Environmental Waste Management Practice ( developed by BSI ) and funded by the Welsh Assembly Government.
